Asphalt Repair
Frequently called patching, repair typically calls for cutting, excavating, disposing, and replacing a localized failure area in your parking lot.
Seal Coating
Seal coating is a process not unlike painting your house. The asphalt in your driveway can deteriorate due to exposure from the sun, heavy traffic or oil spills. The seal coating process involves spray applying an asphalt or coal tar emulsion to help protect the asphalt from the elements.
Striping
The process of painting pavement markings that control vehicle and pedestrian traffic, including crosswalks, arrows, disabled parking symbols, and parking stalls. This is a specialty of U.S. Pavement's, using only the best painting supplies to improve your property's curb appeal and get it up to the ADA code.
Crack Sealing
Consists of cleaning debris and grass from the cracked area and sealing with a hot applied rubberized material. Not performed on failed areas (i.e. alligator cracking), but on longitudinal and transverse cracks. Longitudinal cracks are parallel to the pavement's centerline or lay down direction. Transverse cracks extend across the pavement at approximate right angles to the pavement centerline.
Pressure Washing
A high-pressure mechanical sprayer used to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings, vehicles and concrete surfaces.
